Didn't Receive and Invitation?

If you did not receive a personalized invitation to join The National Society of Leadership and Success, you must be nominated to join.

You must either contact your chapter's onsite Advisor for a nomination form or click here to download a copy of the nomination form.

- Once you have a nomination form, you must complete the nomination process by getting nominated by two faculty members. Once your completed application has been received, your Advisor must approve your request and provide your application code.
